Park 5 is a boutique hotel located in Cilandak, Jakarta. Tucked in a small road, just on the outskirt of the city’s hustle and bustle, it is created to be a home away from home. With comfort deriving every single aspect of the hotel, it offers a simple sanctuary with friendly hospitality, hearty food, a cozy space for both work and leisure. The interior design is minimal, modern and slightly industrial with a cozy dimmed palette. Combining materials like wood, concrete, marble and glass with a touch of antique brass lamps and antiques decorative pieces.
The uniform reflects the warmth, simplicity and modernity of the hotel’s design and hospitality. An informal lapel-less charcoal suit set is paired with clean cut navy buttoned up shirts with metal buttons details, allowing the staff to wear the look with or without the blazer according to their preference. The women are dressed in navy mid length structured dresses that mirror the men’s shirts paired with charcoal straight cut trousers, and charcoal dresses in the same cut with navy zipper details paired with navy trousers. The restaurant staff had an off white button up long sleeve shirts, with navy apron and trousers, resembling the hotel restaurant’s name, Blue Apron.
All the garments feature a small logo embroidery on their sleeves, making it subtle visible when the staff are servicing the guests, representing their value of warm hospitality.
All the the fabrics were sourced and garments were produced locally in Jakarta in 2017.
